** Always remember YOU cannot reach out and speak with the appraiser in any aspect. A real estate agent can but as a loan officer, you are not allowed to. If you have certain things to be addressed, you can send a note in the appraisal portals to the AMC and they can relay a message to the appraiser on your behalf.
